• Schedule data: All timetable information is stored locally within the App. This data contains no personal information.
• Support messages: When you use the support form, your name, email address, and message are used solely to respond to your support request.

• Providing the App's core functionality (showing nearby piers)

• Improving the App

The App may request "While Using the App" access to your device's location in order to show the nearest pier. This access is optional; you can use the App fully without granting location permission. Your location data never leaves your device.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 13. If we become aware of such a case, we will delete the data immediately.
